Cancellation policy.

• cancellations must be sent in writing via email to catriona@spandley.com

• cancellations more than 5 days prior to appointment date will receive a full refund if they cannot be rescheduled

• cancellations 3-5 days prior to appointment date will receive a 50% refund

• cancellations less than 3 days prior to appointment date are non-refundable 

• cancellations made by me will receive a full refund if the appointment cannot be rescheduled
