Over three months, we’ll have time to implement your plan gradually, review your symptoms and progress, consider test results where relevant, and adapt our approach as we learn more about what works for you.
Rather than trying to change everything at once, we’ll focus on the areas most relevant to your health and build from there. Along the way, I’ll help you understand the thinking behind our approach so that you become increasingly confident in making decisions about your own health.

Designed for people with more complex or long-standing health concerns, or anyone who would benefit from a longer period of structured, personalised support.
Over six months, we can work progressively rather than trying to address everything at once. We’ll review how you respond, adapt your nutrition and lifestyle plan as your needs change, and investigate further where appropriate.
The additional time allows us to work through different stages of your health journey while helping you build a better understanding of what supports your health, recognise your individual triggers and develop strategies you can continue to use independently.
