- Aged cheese: e.g., Cheddar, Swiss, Parmesan 
- Tomatoes, eggplant, spinach, avocado, mushrooms 
- Citrus fruits, papaya, pineapples, kiwi, bananas, plums, strawberries 
- Fruit juices 
- Nuts: Walnuts, peanuts, all rancid or stale nuts, nut milks 
- Beans and legumes: chickpeas, lentils etc. 
- Soybeans (canned), soy milk, fermented and unfermented soy derivatives 
- Chocolate and cocoa 
- Vinegar: e.g., balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar
