
Super Immune Protective Tea.
This is the perfect immune protective tea for the winter months, full of wonderful anti-inflammatory, immune protective, anti-microbial, anti-viral and mood modulating ingredients.

Ingredients
800ml of just boiled water
50ml of lemon
1tsp of ground turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of ashwaghanda powder
10 turns on a pepper grinder
An inch or more of sliced ginger
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 clove garlic (optional)
Make it
Mix the ingredients together in a large tea pot and allow to stand for 7-10 minutes.
add a little honey if you prefer it sweeter
add a clove of crushed garlic if you dare
This recipe makes 2-3 cups, good for sipping throughout the morning.
