Super Immune Protective Tea.

This is the perfect immune protective tea for the winter months, full of wonderful anti-inflammatory, immune protective, anti-microbial, anti-viral and mood modulating ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 800ml of just boiled water

  • 50ml of lemon

  • 1tsp of ground turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp of ashwaghanda powder

  • 10 turns on a pepper grinder

  • An inch or more of sliced ginger

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • 1 clove garlic (optional)

Make it

Mix the ingredients together in a large tea pot and allow to stand for 7-10 minutes.

  • add a little honey if you prefer it sweeter

  • add a clove of crushed garlic if you dare

This recipe makes 2-3 cups, good for sipping throughout the morning.
